TERMS OF SERVICE
General information `(>﹏<)′
♡ Finished commissions will be sent by email in png or jpg format, background + no background. (Depending on your commission.)
♡ You may repost my finished commissions with proper credit.
♡ I only work with my style. I do not work with other artists styles. (Please keep that in mind when commissioning me.)
♡ You'll receive progress photos throughout your commission process.
♡ Please DO NOT rush me, I need time to complete the work.
♡ If I do not feel I can do your commission I have the right to decline it.
♡ If you do not send me the payment I will open the slot to other person.
♡ If you do not want me to tag you, or post your commission just let me know.
♡ If you do not want me to stream your commission just let me know.
♡ Please allow me up to 2-8 weeks to complete your commission (not including the waitlist time) Excluding weekends: Saturdays and Sundays (Depending on the work load, commissions may be completed earlier.)Please keep in mind that there are many factors that could slow the process, such as; health, order of commission, complexity,
or technical issues. So please allow me some time. If for any reason any of the above occur I will alert the commissioner asap.
payment (✿◡‿◡)
♡ All commissions must be paid in full and before I start your commission. If required we can discuss for a half payment before starting and half payment when its done.
♡ All payment must be made through Paypal and Wise.
There will be a payment fee for the payment metod you use since the website takes a %, Wise has lower fees for payments over $50
♡ I will send an invoice to your paypal once everything is agreed upon!
♡ View commission prices under the commissions tab.
♡ Please message me before you send the payment.
♡ Rushed delivery fee must be discussed with me if needed, the price will depend on the complexity and time to get done required by client.
Refund Policy ~(>_<。)＼
♡ 100% will be refunded if sketching process has not begun.
♡ Please keep in mind that I’m not only working with you, I’m also working with multiple clients. So I can tend to delay sometimes. If I haven't started your commission and due time isn't met, you may ask for a refund.
♡ Will refund 80% of commission if the commissioner decides to cancel AFTER sketch but before confirmation.
♡ Commissions can not be refunded after commissioner has given the initial sketch the "ok" to proceed.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION ლ(╹◡╹ლ)
I will do everything I can to make my customers happy.
However after a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made. Such as small coloring/marking mistakes.
Any big changes will come with an extra charge.
Such as facial expression changes, poses, additional add ons, removals or anything that makes me have to redraw it completely.
COPYRIGHT & USAGE POLICY つ ◕_◕ ༽つ
Commercial rights can be purchased for an extra fee. This only covers the production of physical merchandise, like clothing, stickers, keychains, mugs, stationary, prints, etc. (not an exhaustive list), or for use in digital forms of branding and NOT as digital merchandise. This does NOT give you the right to resell the artworks as they are digitally, nor does it give you the right to claim it as your own, even in non-commercial contexts. Altercation of artworks is also still prohibited. If any of the Terms of Service are violated or any incident occurs which warrants intervention (at my own discretion), I withhold the right to revoke any and all commercial and/or licensing rights at any time.As the artist I can:♡ Post the finished commission on my social media with your name included
♡ Promote myself with said commission on any place or site, for things like portfoliosAs the commissioner you can:♡ Repost the artwork on other sites, as long as you credit me explicitly (watermarks and signatures do not count as credit)
♡ Create merchandise for personal use and NOT for sale
♡ Use it for your social media branding (credit not needed but always appreciated)
♡ Use as your background or profile picture on digital devices (credit not needed but always appreciated)You are not allowed to:♡ Change/modify the artwork without my permission
♡ Take credit for the artwork

I'll try to answer you as soon as possible♡ I'll let you know if I'll accepted your commission and then sent you a PayPal invoice.♡ Final commission will be sent in a sta.sh link through the social media you first contacted me with.
